Booking process
Is the cheaper booking directly through your website?

Yes. We will always have the lowest prices compared to the agents and websites offering our villas. On top of that we include a free transfer in a mini-van from the airport to our villas.

Can I pay with credit card via your website?

Yes. When booking directly through our website you will be able to pay with credit via our secure connection with PayPal.

Is water and electricity included in the rental price?

Yes all utilities are included in the price. There are no additional cost for renting our villas.

What are the booking policies?

Booking confirmation

To confirm a booking we must collect 100% of the total rental. We offer full refund 30 days prior to check in.


Check in & Check out

Check in: 3pm Check out: 12pm Early check-in and late check out is subject to availability on the relevant day. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us for further information. The main guest must provide a valid passport upon check in.


Cancellation policy

Guests can cancel free of charge until 30 days prior to check in, though any bank or transfer fee will be deducted from the refund. Within 30 days prior to check in no refund.


Security deposit

A security deposit of 10,000 Baht will be collected upon check in. If nothing has been damaged upon check out the full security deposit will be released.



Parties and events are not allowed Pets are generally not allowed. Please contact us for specific requests.

Can I add an additional bed in the villa?

Yes. We are happy to arrange an additional folding bed in the villa. The cost of an additional bed is 1,000 Baht per night.

Can you arrange baby cots and baby chairs in the villa?

Yes. Please let us know prior to arriving of your wishes.

What documentation do I need to provide upon check in?

The person who have booked the accommodation will need to provide a valid passport upon check in. We do not need any documentation for the remaining persons of the group.

Location and transportation
Where is Himmapana Villas located?

Both Himmapana Villas [See Google Maps location] and Himmapana Villas – Terraces [See Google Maps location] are located in a quiet area of Kamala about 1-1.5km from Kamala Beach. Even though it is possible to walk to the beach we offer free shuttle bus to the beach and back to the villas 12 times per day.

How far to Patong Beach?

Patong Beach is about 15 mins drive from Kamala.

How far to Phuket International Airport?

Phuket International Airport is about 40 mins drive from Kamala

Can you help arrange transportation to the villa?

Yes. Whether you are arriving in Phuket airport or coming from another hotel we are happy arrange transportation for you. Psst, for direct bookings we offer free pick up from Phuket International Airport to our villas.

How far to the nearest shops and restaurants?

We are location about 500-800 meters from the main road where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants. Our free shuttle bus runs every hour from 9am to 8pm

Can I order food and drinks to be ready when we arrive?

Yes. Please send us a list of items you would like and we will make sure its ready for you when you arrive.

Can I book a tour before I arrive in Phuket?

Yes. You can book lots of tours directly through us before you arrive in Phuket. Please contact us for a list of tours around the island.

Are the villas suitable for kids and babies?

Yes. All villas are suitable for kids and babies. If a baby crib or chairs is required please let us know.

Can I order food during my stay?

Yes. We work with the best restaurants in Kamala to provide authentic Thai food, sandwiches, breakfast etc.

Can I pay with credit card at the villa?

Yes. You will be able to use all major credit card brands to pay at our reception. A bank fee of 3% is added to all credit card payments when using the credit card machine in the reception.

Can I pay using Crypto?

Yes. We accept several different Cryptos. Please contact us for further information.

Can we make a BBQ in the villa?

No. Unfortunately we do not offer BBQ for safety reasons. All villas do have a fully equipped kitchen though.

Can we have have some inflatable pool toys for the swimming pool?

Yes. Simply inform us prior to your arrival and we will make sure the inflated animals are already in the pool upon your arrival.

How can I order food and other services?

Upon check in your will be given an Ipad. From the Ipad you will be able to order breakfast, lunch, dinner, in-house massage, taxi services and much more.

How often do you clean the villa?

We clean your villa every day and we change the bedlinen and towels every second day.

Do you have a laundry services?

Yes. Simply drop off your laundry at our reception and we will give it back to you the following day.

Is there stable Internet in the villas?

Yes. All villas have super fast Fiber Internet.

Can I have a party or event in the villa?

No. We do not accept parties or events at our villas.

Do I need to pay a security deposit when checking in?

It depends which agent you have booked through For bookings directly through our website we do collect a deposit. Prior to given access to our villas we will collect a security deposit of 10,000 Baht or equal value in any other currency. Another option is we keep your passport for the duration of your stay. Upon check out, if nothing has been damaged in the villa, the full deposit will be paid back.

What are the tour booking policies?

Tours can be cancelled more than 24 hours before departure.

Can I request twin beds instead of king size beds?

Yes. One bed in each villa can be separated into 2 twin beds.
